Today when you send email through our system, you email is delivered through a shared email delivery domains.

So your email' FROM will appear as follows.  For example

wberger@mydomain.com or wberger@contactinstantly.com
wberger@mydomain.com or wberger@contactinstantly.net
wberger@mydomain.com or wberger@leadoutcome.net

If you would like it so the FROM address to be directly from your domain

wberger@mydomain.com

You just need to get a couple of DNS records added to your domain. 

In order to update your SPF record, simpy contact your email provider (GoDaddy, Host Gator, Blue Host, etc.) and let them know you need to update your SPF record to authorize an email provider to send on your behalf. Provide them this info for the two TXT file records:

 
yourdomain.com.    "v=spf1 include:mailgun.org ~all"
_dmarc.yourdomain.com.     "v=DMARC1; p=none"
